- THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION IS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020.
- ADVANCE AND EARLY VOTING BEGINS ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2020.
- EARLY VOTING ENDS AT NOON ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2020 IN THE CHEROKEE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.
- THE LAST DAY TO REQUEST AN ADVANCE BALLOT BY MAIL IS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2020.
- VOTED ADVANCE BALLOTS IF RETURNING IN PERSON: THE BALLOT MUST BE RETURNED BY 7:00 P.M. ON ELECTION DAT TO ANY POLLING PLACE WITHIN THE COUNTY OR TO THE COUNTY ELECTION OFFICE.
- IF RETURNING BY MAIL: THE BALLOT MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE ELECTION DAY AND RECEIVED BY THE FRIDAY AFTER ELECTION TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE COUNTED.
